I’m not sure if building a company is really something I want to do in the future but I’m not completely chalking it off of any list. If I were to build a company it would almost certainly revolve around software and the systems that it helps scaffold.
I always assume when people think of software companies their minds jump to the computing giants the likes of Microsoft or Google; two companies with the infrastructure to help billions of people communicate, connect and build. But what companies out there are building for the little guys? Who is connecting, communicating and building for the rest of the industry going on in the world?
I saw this reddit comment that inspired me to make this post. I guess the point of this post is to highlight how success through software can really be just about anything and sometimes the alternative route is the better one, especially when it comes to building a software company.
